Our partner in Poland, BW-DESIGN SP. Z O.O., led by Jacek Wysocki, has successfully implemented an advanced smart home automation system in the KOSZARÓWKA villa. This state-of-the-art project showcases the integration of ComfortClick's Jigsaw PRO server to manage a comprehensive HVAC system, utility consumption monitoring, and data archiving.
Project Name: KOSZARÓWKA
Project Location: Kraków, Poland
Year of Completion: 2024
ComfortClick Products: Jigsaw Pro
The KOSZARÓWKA villa project features a sophisticated smart home automation system that leverages the capabilities of the ComfortClick Jigsaw PRO server. The server enables seamless control of the villa's extensive HVAC system, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and additional functionalities such as pool heating and heat recovery.
By integrating with KNX and MODBUS protocols, the system manages various devices and reads data from electricity, gas, and water meters, which is then archived and displayed graphically. This setup not only enhances energy efficiency but also provides the client with detailed insights into their utility consumption.
The villa’s HVAC system includes advanced features like heat recovery, pool heating using both gas boilers and heat pumps, and a comprehensive air heating and cooling system managed by ComfortClick’s intelligent thermostats. The project is designed to be flexible, with ongoing modifications to meet the evolving needs of a demanding client.
Despite limitations on photographing the villa's interior and exterior, the available images from the installation demonstrate the project's complexity and the cutting-edge technology used. The KOSZARÓWKA villa exemplifies innovative smart home automation, offering unparalleled comfort and convenience in residential settings.
